Twigeo’s Commitment to ESG

At Twigeo, we believe building a great company means doing business responsibly — for our people, our clients, and the planet. We’re not here to just check boxes. We want to create meaningful progress on the things that matter most.

🌍 Environmental Responsibility

We’re a digital-first company with a relatively small environmental footprint — and we’re keeping it that way while pushing for better.

  • Offices powered by renewables: Our Stockholm office runs on 100% clean energy (sun, wind, hydro).
  • Remote-friendly by design: Our flexible work culture reduces commuting and office energy use.
  • Minimal travel: We only fly when meetings or events can’t be held virtually.
  • Electric vehicles only: We lease two EVs, charged with carbon-free electricity.
  • Recycling in all offices.
  • Energy tracking in key locations:

🎯 Our ESG Goals

We’re proud of what we’ve built, but we’re not satisfied. Here’s what we’re focused on next:

  • Environmental
    • Continue reducing energy use per employee
    • Explore footprint tracking for cloud use and travel
    • Stick to minimal travel and invest in clean operations
  • Social
    • Maintain gender balance and expand representation across teams
    • Tie DEI goals to growth and leadership
    • Grow internal communities and learning opportunities
  • Governance
    • Maintain annual SOC 2 compliance
    • Improve vendor risk oversight
    • Expand security training across teams

We’re building a company we believe in.

We meet all legal requirements — and then some — but that’s not our finish line. We’re here to do the work, be transparent about where we are, and keep pushing forward.
